Booking & Service Policy

All bookings are subject to availability. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking and may vary depending on the condition and size of the property.

Payment Policy

Payment is required in full prior to the commencement of the service.

We accept the following payment methods:
• Bank transfer
• Card payments
• Cash

Services will not commence until payment has been received.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service fee

Access to Property

Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time.

If we are unable to access the property, a call-out fee may apply.

Additional Notes (Recommended to include)

• Final pricing may vary depending on property condition and requirements
• Add-on services must be selected at the time of booking
• Heavily soiled properties may incur additional charges
• Surfaces must be suitable for cleaning methods used
