By booking with Cayra Cleaning Co., you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Cayra Cleaning Co. provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services, including general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and short-stay/Airbnb cleaning.
All services are delivered with care, attention to detail, and in accordance with industry standards.
2. Bookings & Quotes
• All bookings are subject to availability
• Quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied
• Final pricing may vary depending on property size, condition, and requirements
• By confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions
3. Property Access
Clients must ensure safe and secure access to the property at the scheduled time.
If access is not provided, a cancellation or call-out fee may apply.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee (up to 50%)
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service fee
We understand circumstances may change and aim to be fair where possible.
5. Payment Terms
• Payment is required in full prior to the service, unless agreed otherwise
• We accept bank transfer, card, and cash payments
• Services will not commence until payment is received
• Failure to make payment may result in booking cancellation
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in delivering high-quality results.
If you are not satisfied:
• Notify us within 24 hours
• We will arrange a re-clean of affected areas where appropriate
Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered at our discretion.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
• Removing personal items and clutter where possible
• Informing us of fragile or high-risk items
• Ensuring a safe working environment
We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions or normal wear and tear.
8. Damage & Liability
While we take every precaution, accidents may occur.
• Any damage must be reported within 24 hours
• We will assess and resolve the issue fairly
Cayra Cleaning Co. is fully insured; however, liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
9. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or stop a service if:
• The environment is unsafe
• Hazardous conditions are present
• There is inappropriate behaviour towards staff.
10. Use of Photos
We may take before and after photos for quality control, training, and marketing purposes.
No personal or identifying details will be shared.
If you do not consent, please notify us prior to your service.
11. Scent & Finishing Touches
As part of our premium service, we may use lightly scented products or finishing touches such as fragrance.
If you have allergies or sensitivities, please inform us prior to your booking.
12. Changes to Terms
Cayra Cleaning Co. reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
